At Zentlyze, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at contact@zentlyze.shop with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Items must be in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos as evidence. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are available for the same product only (different size or color) if stock allows.
- If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping fees. Otherwise, customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.
